Would you scream in her face, tell her how worthless she is, and demand that she make this right? Not quite a good analogy. It's more like a watch that you not only didn't want, but requires constant reconfiguration to approximate anything close to the functionality of your last watch. It makes you waste time every time you want to see what time it is. Sadly, you cannot throw it away, make your own, buy a new one, or get your old watch back, as it is the only watch left in the world. That's a little closer.
